This role would suit a residential property manager who wants to explore the world of residential property management in a local office, close to home, with great perks and benefits and flexibility. Working up to 2 days from home per week, 9 - 5:30pm during the week, with minimal weekend work (only one Half-Saturday once every 7 weeks, with time in lieu offered) DUTIES: Using PropertyMe software You will be managing a well kept, local portfolio of 155 properties, apartments & homes in the Balwyn area. You will be doing your own leasing with the support of a shared leasing consultant & routines officer to assist.
